Warranty Conditions
MEPHISTO SCANNER WARRANTIES, EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Following warranty is valid for registered customers using Mephisto scanners, purchased through
authorized distributors or 3DDynamics directly.
3DD will provide a product warranty for 6 months upon delivery, on software and Hardware, as
standard in the industry. The warranty is for normal indoor use and does not cover wear and tear
during or after transportation and re-location. Further cables and consumables like projector lamps
are excluded. Yearly software maintenance is available for a Fee, please contact your vendor. For
further information we refer to the license agreement in Appendix B.
In case the system is part of a multi extreme system following clause is valid:
The Software warranty is extended to one year with free upgrades in this period. Maintenance and
free support for 2 months. With possibility for extension upon order. For prices of Warranty and
support extensions please contact your vendor.
Neither party shall, under any circumstances, be liable to the other for consequential, incidental,
indirect or special damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the transactions
contemplated herein, even if such party has been appraised of the likelihood of such damages
occurring.
3DDynamics makes no warranty to the Reseller or end user; not expressly set forth in this document.
All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of non infringement; merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded by Vendor.
Furthermore, 3DDynamics under any circumstances be liable to the non infringement,
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for Solutions provided by Reseller.
